Eligibility
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding minimum age and binding-contract stipulations for the Egyptian market.
Once confirmed, cross-check this against the 18+ recipient requirement already used for delivery handover in the Shipping Policy, so eligibility to contract and eligibility to receive a vehicle are consistent.

NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding user account responsibilities and termination rights.
Website Use
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding lawful use, scraping, and malicious-software policies.
Product Information
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding discrepancies between product images, colors, and marketing materials versus actual products.
Prices and Taxes
NEEDS INPUT (Commercial/Legal) — CROSS-CUTTING PRIORITY: Awaiting response regarding currency, VAT inclusion, and price-change policies.
Orders
NEEDS INPUT (Commercial): Awaiting response regarding order acceptance, cancellation rights, and fraud prevention.
Payment
NEEDS INPUT (Legal/Finance): Awaiting response regarding accepted payment methods and third-party gateway liabilities.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is executed by a company representative to the address agreed upon with the customer. Full delivery terms, timelines, and zone-based pricing are set out in our Shipping Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe location to receive the product and ensuring it can be transported into the required space.
After delivery, inspection, and signing are complete, responsibility for the correct use, storage, and maintenance of the product transfers to the customer, without limiting any return, refund, or warranty rights described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and this document.
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): The original draft said responsibility falls "strictly" on the customer after signing, with no carve-out. As written, that could be read to cut off the 14-day return right (Section 9) and the 1-year warranty (Section 11), both of which only matter after delivery. The wording above adds an explicit carve-out — confirm this is the intended scope, or provide alternative language.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Customers have the right to request a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. For a return to be accepted, the vehicle must show no damage or excessive wear beyond ordinary inspection, and the distance driven must not exceed 20 kilometers.
Return and exchange rights do not apply where damage or defects are caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
Any visible damage to the product at the time of delivery must be recorded on the delivery receipt before the delivery representative leaves, in addition to the reporting steps described in our Shipping Policy.
NEEDS INPUT: The original draft said the vehicle "must be in its original condition" and allowed up to 20 km driven — these clause parts contradicted each other, since a driven vehicle isn't in original condition. The wording above resolves this by making the 20 km allowance the actual standard; confirm this is correct, or provide the intended distinction.
NEEDS INPUT: Read the confirmed 20 km limit back into the Returns & Refunds Policy, which currently has this as an unfilled placeholder.
NEEDS INPUT: Feed the "recorded on the delivery receipt before the representative leaves" process back into the Shipping Policy's inspection section, so all documents describe the same accept-and-document process rather than leaving "refuse vs. accept" ambiguous.
Product Use and Safety
The customer commits to using the charger and battery strictly according to the company's operating instructions.
The company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage of the scooter and battery.
Using unapproved chargers or accessories releases the company from liability for any resulting damage NEEDS INPUT: and may void the warranty — confirm this is intended to mirror Section 11's warranty-voiding language, or clarify how the two differ.
Warranty
The product is subject to the warranty terms specified in the warranty certificate delivered with the product NEEDS INPUT: (and/or our published Warranty Policy — confirm which document is authoritative, or whether both exist and say the same thing).
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications, NEEDS INPUT: (confirm whether water damage should be added here).
The warranty is voided if the customer uses unapproved spare parts or unapproved chargers.
NEEDS INPUT: The FAQ lists "water damage" as a warranty-voiding condition; this document currently doesn't. Reconcile the two once the vehicle's actual water resistance rating is confirmed (see open item on FAQ page) — don't publish "water damage" as a voiding condition in one place and not the other.
Intellectual Property
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding protection of website graphics, logos, and digital content.
User Content
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding user-submitted reviews and data rights. This section should also reference the company's Privacy Policy — see the new item below.
Third-Party Services and Links
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding liability for external links and third-party finance/delivery partners.
Disclaimer
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding "as available" website basis and interruption of service.
Limitation of Liability
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding limitations on indirect or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response.
Changes to These Terms
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response.
Severability
NEEDS INPUT: Awaiting response.
Governing Law and Disputes
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): Awaiting response regarding the specific jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process in Egypt.
NEEDS INPUT: Sections 15, 16, 17, 18, and 21 are flagged high priority because they directly limit the company's legal and financial exposure. Recommend prioritizing these ahead of the more routine remaining sections (19, 20).
Privacy
NEEDS INPUT (Legal): again: This section doesn't exist in the original draft. Add a Privacy Policy, or a clear link to one, covering the personal data collected through the Support page's ticket/registration forms (photos, serial/VIN numbers, proof of purchase). Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (151/2020) is moving toward full enforcement around October 2026 — this is worth prioritizing on a similar timeline to the high-priority sections above.

- Website: NEEDS INPUT: confirm whether www.tredicomobility.com is a real, separate corporate domain, or whether this should read glidemobility.co.
